QUICK!!!

 QUICK!!!!! Bring the blow torch and warm me up! It's too cold for poor little ol' ladies who just want to play outside. Or at the very least, move off the heating pad! 

We had a nice fire last night. Once again I collected the kindling but Sally got a break because my son was home and he is the fire builder extraordinaire. It was so cold last night that it seemed like the warmth of the fire never reached me in my rocking chair. I had to spend the evening wrapped in one of my warm quilts.

This is my current project. I'm proud of how far I've gotten, it's on the difficult side because some of the blocks are only 3 inches with multiple pieces.

I'm also practicing my applique skills. My current project has several applique blocks.

Just a little Christmas Santa's to end this post. These are two of my favorites. I usually get a new one each year. Can't wait to see this years.
