Big storms were predicted night before last, and some people did get them. Luckily, we just had some rain. But yesterday, after the rain ha...
I wish Illinois would get some rain...it is so dry here. I really have nothing blooming except for some spring bulbs, but the grass and budding trees and bushes could use it. I am keeping my fingers crossed!!

ReplyDeleteI was happy to see a good soaking rain today myself - finally! It helped lower the temps that dried out everything with the heat we've had for 8 straight days.
ReplyDeleteOur dogwood trees are blooming too, along with so many other bushes and plants that "usually" aren't even ready this time year. I hope we don't get any surprise hard freezes now!
