BRINGING IN THE NEW YEAR

Hellooooo! Can you believe Christmas Eve was a week ago? Time is going by so fast. I still have two presents under the tree for my grandkids. They were out of town for Christmas, I hope to see the soon. My tree is holding up very well so I've no plans to take it down any time soon. We have rain in the forecast and I want to decorate the tree for the birds so there's no hurry to get it down.

We had some fog the other day. This is a cattle field. Can't tell if they are out or not.

Here are a few more stockings.

I wish I had taken a picture of my failed crochet piece, but I took it apart before remembering. I started it off 9 inches wide. It ended up being a whopping 18 inches wide!! I've been told that the yarn I am using is really difficult for newbies, so I have a trip to Hobby Lobby planed for the near future. I've been using the same big fuzzy yarn I used on the bauble garland. Not a good choice. Maybe I'll just make more bauble with it. I hate for it to go to waste, it's not cheap.

I hope you have a fun and safe New Years. My only plan is to try to stay up!!! That's a big deal for me.

Thanks for stopping by!
