December Surprise






What a lovely way to bring in the Christmas season! We awoke this morning to the softness of snowy vistas and dazzling trees, it took our breath away. It was mostly gone by 3:00 p.m., though some shaded areas still had an accumulation. No ice this time, so I even managed to get some Christmas shopping done. We're all cozy now, warmed by the fire and soft glow of the tree. Snow, fire, Christmas tree, stockings, full belly's and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Living the dream my friends!

    How beautiful it is when snow is freshly fallen. Glad you captured the loveliness before it melted away.

    ...Hi Leslie, oh how I remember the occasional snow and ice when I was a student at UGA in the '60s. NO ONE knew how to drive in the snow! Beautiful images.
